Who we serve
- · Children, teens, and adults ages 6 and above.
- · Anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, grief, mood and behavioral concerns, family conflict, and school difficulties.
- · Individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, CPST, skill-building and rehabilitation support, school-based services, and telehealth.
What we can't accept
- · Active psychiatric emergencies or clients who need inpatient or crisis stabilization.
- · Primary substance use or detox treatment.
- · Residential placement, medication management alone, or court-ordered forensic evaluations.
- · Children under age 6.
- If we're not the right fit, we'll call you within 24 hours with an alternative.
This form is secure and HIPAA-compliant. Submitted information is transmitted encrypted and accessible only to our intake team.
Referral guidance by partner type
Every referral receives a response within 24 hours, and we contact the family directly to schedule intake.
Schools & districts
- · Counselors, social workers, and administrators may refer directly.
- · Include grade, current supports, and any IEP or 504 context.
- · School-based clinicians can deliver services on site during the school day.
- · We coordinate with school teams once written consent is on file.
Physicians & health systems
- · Pediatric, primary care, and psychiatric referrals accepted.
- · Send presenting concerns, current medications, and preferred contact.
- · Prior authorization is not required for most Medicaid plans.
- · We return an intake status update within 24 hours.
Caseworkers & agencies
- · Children services, juvenile court, and OhioRISE care coordinators welcome.
- · Note placement status and who holds consent authority.
- · CPST and skill-building can be paired with therapy in one plan of care.
- · We participate in team meetings and share progress with consent.
