What insurance plans does Serving Youth Ohio accept?+

We're in-network with Molina Healthcare, Buckeye Health Plan, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, and CareSource. Private pay is also accepted.

What is the cost of services at Serving Youth Ohio?+

Session fees vary by service type and payer. For insurance-covered clients, most services are provided at little to no out-of-pocket cost. Private-pay clients may qualify for reduced-rate options based on financial need.

Do you offer in-person services?+

Yes — our office is located at 441 Industrial Mile Rd, Columbus, OH. We also offer telehealth appointments.

Who is eligible for services?+

We provide services for children, adolescents, and adults ages 6 years and above.

How do I get started?+

Begin with our online intake form or call our intake line. We respond within one business day to schedule a brief screening conversation.

How quickly can my child be seen?+

Most service lines have same-week appointment availability. Crisis-related referrals are prioritized.

What are your hours?+

We're open Monday through Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, and closed Saturday and Sunday. Telehealth appointments are available.

Is information shared with my child's school?+

Only with written consent. We coordinate with schools when it serves the youth's plan of care.

Are sessions confidential from parents?+

Therapy sessions are private. We share safety information and progress with parents in developmentally appropriate ways.
